The choice is yours: start your day with a homemade breakfast in the comfort of your holiday apartment, or treat yourself to our abundant breakfast buffet, carefully crafted to delight every taste.
The price includes linen, dishes, heating and electricity costs and VAT.
We charge € 40.00 for the final cleaning.

You can use our daily fresh bread roll service, or help yourself to our extensive breakfast buffet, for which we charge € 15.00 per person.
Each holiday flat is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, dishes, color television (SAT), radio, and safe. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are also provided. Please bring your own pool towels.
A car parking space is available for each apartment.
Children’s Discount: Cancellation Policy:We appreciate your understanding that we need to charge for the reservation in the event of late arrival, early departure, or cancellation.
There are no cancellation fees for changes made up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel between 29 and 10 days prior to arrival, 50% of the apartment or room price (excluding breakfast) will be charged, and for cancellations within 9 days of arrival, 100% of the apartment or room price (minus breakfast) will be charged. We therefore recommend that you that you obtain travel cancellation insurance to avoid any unpleasant costs.
Check-in and Check-out:The apartment is available from 2 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 9.30 am. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.
